So it’s Friday. I love Friday because it makes me happy. Almost as happy as getting pepper spray this week made me. :) Yay for being safe while running and in all aspects of life. Thank you for the pepper spray <3

Tomorrow I am working a special sign up day for the Long Beach Marathon and will be running a nice early easy run before working and then Sunday I am going to swim and also get in a longer run of 10 miles. I would buy @pigtailsflying some new socks because they’ll be soaked after her run this weekend!

I’d by my buddy the Greenman outfit (from It’s Always Sunny) to run in the St. Patty’s Day Tri this weekend and/or the St. Patty’s Day 5k tomorrow. I so desperately want to see someone running in that outfit this weekend :)

In honor of your post yesterday, I would probably buy some booty shorts for my gorgeous sister, @AndiN26!! She has legs that go for miles and I know her precious booty would look amazing as she runs like a gazelle in our neighborhood! :)

I would buy my bestie a good pair of running shorts. All she has is my hand-me-downs :( She never buys anything for herself.

I would buy my running buddy some tennis balls to chase, because my running buddy is my Bordie Collie named Lolo (she is named after Lolo Jones)

I would buy my friend Nancy a headlamp for her ultras, the girl ran a 50mile trail run in VT with no headlamp and rocked it. She runs really early or late on trails and paths without much street-lighting. The girl needs it, and I’d get it for her!

I’d buy my running buddy a knee brace because he is having knee problems. Poor running buddy :( and I’d use the extra to buy myself a little something fun ;)

My running partner gets really sore ankles and blisters after long runs so I would pick up the Elite-Kold Foot/Ankle wrap and some Body Glide.

In honor of your post yesterday….definitely some booty shorts! At probably some KT Tape and Body glide since no runner should ever be without either!

Well, I have several running buddies. But for my lovely running buddy Amy, I’d buy her some sole skin or an ankle brace, maybe both, since she’s been having foot/ankle/blister issues.

My running buddy is my fiance so I would buy him some more of his most favorite Nike shorts, and a headband of sorts to make sure his rather large ears are warm when it’s cold and windy :-)

I would buy my running buddy a new nike shirt, since she is obsessed with them!

I would buy my sis something to protect her ears from the wind or new socks, a new top and shorts.

I would buy my 6’5″ non-running boyfriend EXTREME running shorts to help motivate him to run with me. Nothing like a large amount of pale MAN THIGH to brighten my day. :)

I would buy some running gear for my husband! He’s just getting into it and signed up to run a 10k with me next month. He is a little off track w/ his training because he got the flu, yuck, so I’d get him some new duds to get him re-motivated. It’s also his birthday in a couple weeks so win-win!

I’d buy my running buddy one of those wrist bands that is actually a little pocket–has a zippered space for your key in case you’re wearing BOOTY SHORTS and don’t have a pocket to put in! :-)

My best running buddy is my Siberian husky, Denali. He’s not a big fan of clothes so I’d get us a handheld water bottle because the spring weather makes him all hot and bothered.

I would buy clip-on flashers for my running buddy Bandit. (Dopey, knuckle-headed, never has stood me up on a run Black Lab.) One for every leash / collar combo! (Always seem to grab the wrong one heading out the door in the early-AM!)

A good friend of mine just started running. I would love to buy her a nice dri fit top and some nice shorts or capris! or new shoes…she is a momma and always spends money on her son instead of herself. It would be nice to get her some good gear to start off on the right foot with! ;)

If I had the ability to buy my running buddy (my best girl friend) a gift from Dick’s Sporting Goods I would definitely buy her something bright and comfortable (jacket/pants) to train in confidently. My best friend has struggled with weight her entire life and welcoming a healthier lifestyle has resulted in her weight loss success of 63 lbs! She deserves to have new workout clothes to feel amazing with her new body!

I’d hook up my co-worker who is running his FIRST Marathon (LA Marathon) with some of the essentials. Body Glide, Nip Guards, Gu/Gels of his choice, a pair of wicking socks, and if I have any $$ left a tech tee (so he won’t look like a rookie wearing the one he gets at the expo!)
