Race Day Ready!

Signing up for any race can be overwhelming, but don’t worry! It’s going to be fun training, pushing yourself and crossing that finish line! I’ve put together a packet just for you that is all about getting Race Day Ready. It includes tips on making a training plan that works for your schedule, how to prepare the night before the race, what to focus on race day and even how to deal with burn out when training. I’ve been running and training for all different types of races over the past 10 years, and these are just a few of my favorite tips and tricks to train better and make the most of race day.

All you have to do is sign up and your Race Day Ready Packet will be delivered to your email! I can’t wait to hear what race you’re going to run!

I had been training for a half marathon…got shin splints and bad hamstring. I’ve taken it easy for the past couple of months and really miss it! I knocked my half that I signed up and made it into a relay instead…injury sucks!
