Get Ready for any Race with tips to make a personal training plan, how to pick the perfect race for you, motivation tips and more!I randomly enough get quite a few emails about running. Whether it’s how to make up a training plan, how to pick a race or what races are good and even dealing with burnout and motivation. These questions come up often no matter what distance you’re training for and they are normal. It’s scary to dedicate so much time and energy to anything, especially when it’s uncharted territory. I decided to put together a little packet with a few tips and tricks that I’ve learned over time and I hope it will help you out, no matter what distance you’re training for.
