Race Day READY!

Get Ready for any Race with tips to make a personal training plan, how to pick the perfect race for you, motivation tips and more!I randomly enough get quite a few emails about running. Whether it’s how to make up a training plan, how to pick a race or what races are good and even dealing with burnout and motivation. These questions come up often no matter what distance you’re training for and they are normal. It’s scary to dedicate so much time and energy to anything, especially when it’s uncharted territory. I decided to put together a little packet with a few tips and tricks that I’ve learned over time and I hope it will help you out, no matter what distance you’re training for.

From finding the race to fit your personality, creating your own perfect training plan, fueling while running {my personal struggle} and how to stay motivated, I tried to touch on all the topics I receive the most questions on and I hope it makes getting race day ready that much easier.

All you have to do is sign up and your Race Day Ready Packet will be delivered to your email! I had a lot of fun putting this together and I hope it helps no matter what distance you’re training for.

Running is not just about crossing the finish line, but enjoying the journey it takes you to get there.
