Going Painlessly… with a Thera-Gesic Giveaway!

Lately, I’ve been trying to slowly add on my miles. Keyword – Slowly. It’s so easy to get hurt when trying to add on miles, because people, including myself jump right back in where you assume you can run the same miles you could a month ago. Wrong! I have to remind myself that often. When adding on miles too quickly, it always leads to me feeling pretty crappy to say the least. Achy, pains, shin splints, back problems… BLAH! Not to mention I hunch over like this at my computer all day every day, terrible but true.

wallabe

So, with adding mileage slowly, and working a ton on the computer I’ve got some serious aches throughout my entire body. When I started working out in the gym a few months back I turned to this product as well. So when Thera-Gesic reached out to me, I emailed them right back and said I’ve been using this for YEARS now, and I’m completely serious when I say that. I use it so much that when living with Shea she would know when I was using it and used to call our house a peppermint factory. I’m so excited to be hosting this giveaway for some sweet Thera-Gesic cream and an awesome giftcard!

If you haven’t already tried this stuff, get your hands on it now because it will change your life. I usually put just a little on my shoulders nightly before bed. It really helps me relax, fall asleep and releases some tension from the day and all the hunching I do over the computer. I may even have a small little bottle at my desk that helps relieve some of the tension between my shoulders and I don’t feel completely awkward putting a little bit on at work.  It’s easy to apply to your body and the heat isn’t too intense. If you’ve tried one that is too intense you know what I mean by not being overwhelming. It also doesn’t have the super pungent smell of peppermint. It’s perfect for all those aches and pains you get when starting to train for anything too. That’s why I love it when I’m upping my mileage and training for a long run. Even when I’ve upped my weights at the gym and I get a little sore, I just put a little bit of this on where I’m feeling achy and it helps me feel better quickly.

It’s like doing an ice bath, but much quicker and much more efficient, which is great when you are on the go or don’t have time for a full ice bath. It’s perfect for any body part that is a little sore, including shoulders, ankles, knees, neck, lower back and even hips. I love that it’s not sticky and goes on just like a normal lotion.

So Thera-Gesic is pretty much hooking my readers up and this may be one of the best giveaways I’ve held… The Grand Prize Winner is going to win a $100 Visa Gift Card and a 6 month supply of Thera-Gesic and 2 runners up can each win 6-month supply of Thera-Gesic. I am pretty sure I want to enter my own giveaway! Anyways, all you have to do to enter is…

  • Leave a comment with your favorite form of exercise
  • Follow Thera-Gesic on Facebook – http://www.facebook.com/theragesic and on Twitter @theragesic you can do both of these things easily by clicking right here
  • a Rafflecopter giveaway

Winners will be selected at random, and prizes will be fulfilled by Thera-Gesic.

Good luck to everyone who enters, and make sure next time you’re out and about get some Thera-Gesic for yourself to try. You won’t regret it, and your muscles will thank you!

    xoxo
