I get a lot of questions about what kind of headband I wear when I run. I even use this trick when I workout at the gym. This is a video that Shea let me make in her little video studio about my favorite trick – The Pre-Wrap headband. This works well for me and is inexpensive and I never have to worry about it falling off or losing it especially since it’s inexpensive.

I hope you try out this trick, and it works for you too! If you are having problems with it breaking, just don’t pull as tight. Treat the pre-wrap like string. It’s pretty durable but it can break if you pull on it too much. It totally reminds me of my soccer days. Those limited days of riding the bench were awesome!
I use this technique for all my training runs, it keeps all my fly aways out of my face and is super easy to do. Here’s a photo of the pre-wrap that I used in the video. The best part is that it comes in a bunch of fun different colors.
