Bzz Agent Review: Dr. Scholl’s for Her High Heel Insoles

I recently joined a program to become a Bzz Agent. It’s actually pretty cool program and I’ve gotten two things to review thus far. I have yet to review the other one that I’ve received, so this is technically my first review! They are not all running products so that’s another cool aspect of the program. Anyone can join, so I would suggest you do if you would like. It’s fun and interesting to try new products and give feedback on them! The first product I was sent were the Dr. Scholl’s for Her High Heel Insoles. Here are some things to take into consideration when reading my review.

I NEVER wear high heels. I would say on average, I wear them 2-3 times a month, for four hours at a time, if that. I look at the girls who wear them and I’m jealous. I wish I could stand them more. I don’t wear them pretty much based on the pain I associate with them. I was scared to make it through the night of my own wedding wearing low heels because my feet always hurt when wearing them. It’s usually pain in the balls of my feet and by the end of the night my feet hurt so bad I’m limping around. Remember that feeling after going to a dance in High School and waking up the next morning and how sore your feet would be? I also really don’t like the look of naked feet with nice dresses. So I try my hardest to tough it out in heels when necessary, but when I have pain, I usually just sit down, which isn’t much fun. Since we just went to a lovely wedding and there was a lot of dancing, it was the perfect test! The insole itself is pictured on the left, with the packaging on the right and the insole in my actual wedge on the bottom right.

I got these super cute shoes from Nordstrom Rack the other day and knew they would be perfect for the Dr. Scholl’s for Her High Heel Insoles. The insoles easily fit right in the shoe, are thin, and didn’t make the shoe tight, which was a huge bonus. I was pretty skeptical that my feet would feel any different by the end of the night. The shoes went on at 4:15 pm. We walked around for a while before the ceremony taking a few photos. We sat for about half an hour during the ceremony, and then it was back to standing for another hour for cocktail hour. I felt like my feet were sitting on extra cushion, which made the shoes much more comfortable. I like to compare it to a first run in new running shoes, when they are very cushion-y and springy. I really liked the cool gel feeling under my feet. Here’s a photo of the little area where you peel it off to stick on your shoe.

We sat down for about another hour for dinner and then it was time to dance, dance, dance! I was so happy that I never wanted to sit down and I didn’t even really notice I was wearing my high shoes! We danced and when the wedding ended at 11, we headed to a local bar that the couple always goes too. To my surprise, I kept my shoes on, even after taking a pair of flats with me to change into if needed! So the shoes didn’t come off until 2 am. That is over 8 hours in high heels with no pain in my feet. My usual skepticalness of new products was proven bunk again with these great Dr. Scholl’s for Her High Heel Insoles. I was impressed that they stayed in place the whole night and once they are stuck down to your shoe they don’t move at all. It added a nice cushion to the sole of my foot. I will be buying a few more pairs to add to other high heels that have given me trouble in the past in hopes I can brave the heels and the next event I’ll be attending I won’t be sitting on the sidelines with sore feet!

I would have never tried these if it wasn’t for being a Bzz Agent, so I’m really glad that I got the opportunity to try out this product. They did provide me with six coupons to give away to those I shared my feedback with and also a free pair of the insoles. So now, how you can score a coupon to try out a pair yourself?

I have SIX $4 off coupons for a pair of your own. For a 3 pack of Dr. Scholl’s for Her High Heel Insoles on they are roughly around $23 dollars, and for one pair they are about $8-9 dollars, which honestly, I would have never paid for them, but now I will because I love them! With the coupon they are not that expensive and I think they are a great investment to make heels more manageable, especially for heel fraidy cats like myself.

The first six people to email me at that you’d like a $4 off coupon, I’d be more than happy to send it your way out a pair for yourself. I hope you find them as useful as I did! You can also check out their facebook page where they have giveaways and coupons and their website does as well.

Hopefully I like the next product as much as I liked these!
