Ruffles with Love Giveaway!

So the other day I got quite a gem in my inbox. Erica emailed me with a link to check out Ruffles with Love Etsy site and so I crept over and was shocked how cute the stuff was and in love with the great idea! I love the bows on the back of the tanks and love that it’s not specific to only workout gear, you know, something that is cotton that is actually cute and related to working out? What a brilliant idea! I like the fact that I can wear it out on the weekends, or go to the gym in it and it’s not some tech fabric that is hugging in all the wrong places. I also like the fit of the shirt and how long it is.

Also, it must have been my lucky day because Vanessa from Ruffles with Love wanted to send me something! I was stoked.

I picked out a custom gray tank with a pink glitter “Beastmode” on the front and a pink bow. I wore it all around Arkansas! I ended up with a medium size and I love it.

Here are the glitter letters. I’ve washed my shirt and they are perfectly fine. I love how glittery they are!

Here’s the top of the tank. It’s a normal tank and really soft. You can see the bow peeking through the back here as well.

Here’s the back with the bow. The bow is glued onto a safety pin type thing, I don’t know the right name for it, and I took it off for washing and re-attached it to the shirt after it was washed.

Normal clothes that are fun to wear that still talk about working out and being girly? I’m in! So therefore… it’s your lucky day too!

Ruffles with Love wanted to do a giveaway for one lucky reader… You can pick whatever shirt you want from the site and it shall be yours! :)

For all those girls who are gettin’ married soon they also have really cute tanks about working out for the dress and wedding related sayings that are super fun and you should check them out for some extra motivation! I love my Beastmode shirt and love all the stuff on their site so make sure to check it out.

Here’s how to enter the giveaway!

Leave a comment with what saying motivates you. I personally like the whole “Man Up” and “Beastmode”, but what motivates you? Why are you working out? Let me know and the random number picker will pick a winner on Friday! :)

{Ruffles with Love did send my friend and I shirts to wear in Arkansas for this review and offered to do the giveaway on my blog, and I am very thankful for the shirt and the fact that one lucky reader will win one too!}

    SO adorable!

I get a lot of motivation when I think about my son. He’s only 2 but I just want him to think, “wow, my mom is pretty awesome!”

My favorite is “beastmode,” because that’s, what, like a Weezy phrase?!

Second would be “Sweat or Go Home.”

I thought the bridal ones were funny, particularly the “November bride” thing… since that applies to me.

P.S. Thanks for the seating chart site review! I will definitely look into it when I need to plan this out (a lot of consideration of who not to put together, etc. yikes).

I love the “Shut Up and Run” shirt! It is definitely the mantra that I say to myself as I’m running and thinking about stopping. I stay motivated by telling myself that I need to be in good shape so I can have an easy labor and get back into shape more quickly after baby is born :)

I have two favorite motivators. “RUN: It’s cheaper than therapy” and “I Can Therefore I Run” The reason why: I really do think of running and working out as my therapy. I feel soooo much better after a hard day at work. And let’s face it summer always comes around and the bathing suits come out.

I love the saying from Zig Ziglar “People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing – that’s why we recommend it daily.”

And I love working out, I’m currently running, and training with crossfit and playing roller derby on two teams.

I just discovered this shop on Etsy and would love a shirt!

You know I love ruffles!! What motivates me? Well…my weight loss several years ago is what keeps me going. I know how sluggish I felt and that I wasn’t happy with what I saw in the mirror and I NEVER want to get to that point again. I feel SO GREAT when I am working out and maintaining an all around healthy lifestyle. Another thing that motivates me- good friends to keep me accountable, like you!

What motivates me is the challenge. I step out that door and I think, “oh can I do this, today?” A few miles in I think, “look at how far my little legs have taken me!” The challenge, mission and result are a part of a truly awesome journey.

Oh, I love those shirts! I really like the ones that say “Strong is the new skinny” and “Too Strong to Quit”.

What motivates me is the feeling of being active – I LOVE the way I feel when I’m fit. I also just love exercising. But it’s the feeling afterwards that gets me going when I’m feeling lazy.
