Ruffles with Love Giveaway!

So the other day I got quite a gem in my inbox. Erica emailed me with a link to check out Ruffles with Love Etsy site and so I crept over and was shocked how cute the stuff was and in love with the great idea! I love the bows on the back of the tanks and love that it’s not specific to only workout gear, you know, something that is cotton that is actually cute and related to working out? What a brilliant idea! I like the fact that I can wear it out on the weekends, or go to the gym in it and it’s not some tech fabric that is hugging in all the wrong places. I also like the fit of the shirt and how long it is.

Also, it must have been my lucky day because Vanessa from Ruffles with Love wanted to send me something! I was stoked.

I picked out a custom gray tank with a pink glitter “Beastmode” on the front and a pink bow. I wore it all around Arkansas! I ended up with a medium size and I love it.

Here are the glitter letters. I’ve washed my shirt and they are perfectly fine. I love how glittery they are!

Here’s the top of the tank. It’s a normal tank and really soft. You can see the bow peeking through the back here as well.

Here’s the back with the bow. The bow is glued onto a safety pin type thing, I don’t know the right name for it, and I took it off for washing and re-attached it to the shirt after it was washed.

Normal clothes that are fun to wear that still talk about working out and being girly? I’m in! So therefore… it’s your lucky day too!

Ruffles with Love wanted to do a giveaway for one lucky reader… You can pick whatever shirt you want from the site and it shall be yours! :)

For all those girls who are gettin’ married soon they also have really cute tanks about working out for the dress and wedding related sayings that are super fun and you should check them out for some extra motivation! I love my Beastmode shirt and love all the stuff on their site so make sure to check it out.

Here’s how to enter the giveaway!

Leave a comment with what saying motivates you. I personally like the whole “Man Up” and “Beastmode”, but what motivates you? Why are you working out? Let me know and the random number picker will pick a winner on Friday! :)

{Ruffles with Love did send my friend and I shirts to wear in Arkansas for this review and offered to do the giveaway on my blog, and I am very thankful for the shirt and the fact that one lucky reader will win one too!}

I stay motivated by picking new athletic goal. I lost 85 lbs by becoming a cyclist. Then I added running which was a huge mental block. I ran my first 5K on a St Pattys day this year and am getting my body used to 9-12 mile weeks before tackling a 10K. So my new goal for every 5K I run till that time will be “Make this race a 5K PR!”

What motivates me is my niece Madi doman. Born with a diaphragmatic hernia, she has had 9 total surgerie. Shes 4yrs old, loves to “run fast” with me and is the reason i started running marathons 4 years ago. On those long runs i think the pain i feel is nothing compared to what she has felt….so id love this tank for her mommy!

I think “BeastMode” is the best of the bunch, but the neon yellow “Sweat” would be a runner up, because hooray neon!

I Workout tank is super cute. However I am motivated by lots of sayings, especially “being fat for 24 hours is harder than working out for 1”.

A saying I love and often have to put on repeat mode is “Some where, someone who is busier than you, is running right now!”. In my busiest moments and craziest days of life I have to remember my health is important! Running is good for my sanity & soul and body so I need to make time for it! And just do it!!

    Cute, cute shirts!! Love!

I really like Nike’s “I run to be” motivational quotes. Also the “make yourself” ones.

I remember that tank from your recap blog. Cute!

My mantra is “Find your Strong”

I even have it engraved on my RoadId bracelet.

My mantra is “eye on the prize” – because *during* the workout, everything hurts and I want to quit, but *after* I’m always so proud and so amazed at what my body can do. Upcoming races always motivate me, as does fitting in my jeans.

I love the “I workout!” tank because music is so motivating too, and I would break into song every time I saw myself in the mirror. :)
