Lipton Iced Tea Review

Normally, I’m not an ice tea girl so when Lipton contacted me about doing a review for them I was a little wary of what I would be drinking. I didn’t want to try something and hate it and I was pleasantly surprised when I got it in the mail because there were many flavors and they all looked delicious and right up my alley! I was quite surprised as how many flavors interested me, and they weren’t just normal boring ice tea flavors. Lipton Iced Tea

I love the Green Tea flavors, they are very sweet and taste awesome. They are so much different than other iced teas that I’ve had. I remember growing up my mom liked the most bitter ice tea and I always thought it was disgusting. Thankfully, Lipton changed my mind!

I must admit that the Lemon Iced Tea option was a little too bland for me.  The lemon flavor spiced it up, but it was just too meh. When I’m drinking something I want lots of flavor! That is why the pomegranate blueberry is my favorite! I let my roommate try one and she said it was way to sweet but I loved it! All the flavors are very refreshing and different than what I thought iced tea would taste like. I love how there are so many options and here comes my favorite part, they also have Diet options! Which were my absolute FAVORITE!

The flavors they have are refreshing and delicious and have no calories. Yes, they have sodium, but alas, nothing can be perfect.

Diet Green Tea with Citrus
Diet Green Tea with Watermelon

Yum Yum Yum! Those were great with my lunch at work and also a great treat after a long run. They are so refreshing! It’s like jumping into a pool of flavor. Wow, I can’t believe I just said that.  Make sure next time you are at the market cruising down the drink aisle, give this delicious drink a try! I would have normally not, and now I love stocking my fridge up with it. It’s a great little summer time gem at BBQ’s or even at the pool. It’s also something that I like to look forward to at lunch time, it’s a special little treat! Also, if you want you can check out their facebook page or check out all their products on their website! There are so many and I usually am a hot tea drinker, I’m glad I finally joined the forces of drinking iced tea!

Tomorrow will be a little recap on how the challenge is going and what I did this weekend!

I wrote this review while participating in a blog campaign by Gen-Yknot on behalf of Lipton and received Lipton product samples and a subscription to Pandora One to facilitate my candid review. Gen-Yknot also sent me a promotional item to thank me for my time.

Pomegranate blueberry ANYTHING sounds like joy to my hydrating tastebuds! :-)

I’m usually a hot tea drinker too! I tried Starbucks iced green tea the other day, and have been hooked on Iced Tea. Thanks for doing this review… I’ll have to buy some for the office!

Just wanted to mention, that probably amongst others, your challenge has kind of kicked into my head that I need to stop being lazy and get with running. Taking inspiration to do so wherever I can, and for some reason this hit home – so thanks! :)
