Workouts of the Week

So this week, I have been pretty diligent about working out. I am continuing my gym sessions and think I will start building in some good miles next week. I am looking forward to a short 5 miler on Sunday morning and this week I went to the gym on Monday, Tuesday and Friday morning. I was planning on taking today off, but after sleeping through my alarm yesterday, whoopsie, I got up early today and went. I even have been reading a book while I’m on the elliptical or bike, which is a great way to not get bored out of my mind while on there. When I’m at the gym, I usually do cardio for thirty minutes and then do weights for 25-30 minutes. I have quite a little routine when I’m there. It’s so much nicer going in the morning because I usually get the ‘weight room’ all to myself! After a gym session in the morning, I feel so good all day, but I think I might annoy the people at work since I’m SO chipper since I have been awake for so long.

I’m really looking forward to running next week though! It will be great to put in SHORT miles! :) Today is the best friday ever because it’s the Angels home opener! Light up that halo! Thought this weekend will be full of white dresses and wedding stuff, last weekend was full of some spring cleaning. Check out this hilarious picture Shea snapped of me.

B’s face in this picture CRACKS me up! What a goof ball. Anyways, in the words of Rebecca Black, it’s Friday, Friday, Friday! It’s the Halos opening home game, tomorrow I get to spend all day with Shea! This is going to be awesome!
