Finally time to update the Music on the old music list. I’ve got some booty shakin’ jams that have really been helping me get my run on and gym seshes fly by. Thankfully! Sometimes without music I feel so free and sometimes it makes everything 100 times harder! Weird how that works. So without further ado, here’s some sweet jams to fill the playlist. I’ve also started running with a new great contraption called the Sony Walkman W which I will have a review on asap.

I am loving all these jams and they are really pumping me up during my runs. Speaking of great runs, last Thursday I had a great run with my average pace of 8:32, which is right around my tempo pace that I’m shooting for. This morning, as I’m still getting into the swing of my new training schedule, I decided to sleep in and run after work, which I haven’t done in FOREVER! I am looking forward to it and know I will be more ready to do a tempo run after work than I was this morning.
I am really feeling good about this training schedule and even though I will be out of town this weekend for work (Phoenix rock and roll, give me a shout out if you’ll be there!), I am getting my long run done before I leave on Thursday so I’m looking forward to sticking to my schedule and glad I really planned for everything especially work.
