So I totally forgot that I haven’t posted this but a while back at one of our swimming events (the Pan Pacific Open Water Swim National Championship), we had a very special guest! Michael Phelps! All the girls of the office wanted a picture with him. 
I thought it would be a good way to kick off Friday. With some abs. Holla. Those are all four girls in the office that I work with and we all get along great. They are awesome.
Tomorrow I have my last 20 miler of the training for Camarillo. Thankfully I’m running with a friend so I shouldn’t be too miserable alone. Also, if I die, she can scrape me up off the sidewalk. Perfect.
Side note: I got 3.5 inches cut off my hair last night. I’m a little traumatized but it was for the better since I haven’t cut it since August.
I shall report back on Monday with how my 20 miler went.

I just got 3-4 inches cut off my hair and hadn’t done it since October. It was a little weird, but wow, my hair looks so much better and healthier!

I love getting my hair cut, it always feels so nice after it cut and thinned. Aww.. need to make an appt asap!
