So I promised you all a sweet contest and I’m wouldn’t want to disappoint right? Well this one will knock your socks off, literally. Once they are knocked off you can buy new socks from Online Shoes anyways, so it doesn’t even matter.

One of my all time favorite sites just released a new sweet section that is chock-full of Saucony shoes and clothes, which means they want you all to check it out. Seriously they have some sweet offerings and I wish I could grant you all unlimited amounts of money to raid the entire Online Shoes website, but alas, I’m not a millionaire, and I’ve got to make you work for something right!

So let me let you in on why I love Online Shoes so much. First, they customer service is amazing. I had a problem with shoes that I wore in the rain and realized that they were too small and were ruining my feet. Even after running in them, and running in them in the rain, they still exchanged them. Next up is the fact that they have free shipping, on everything! I always hate it when online stores have sales and then charge $20 for shipping. Really? Not so much of a sale then! Also, not only are they a running shoe shop, but they also have great workout clothes and a huge selection of regular shoes, which I love. They have a super easy search tool and an easy way to find whatever you may be looking for, whether you need new work shoes, some running shoes, or perhaps some fancy shoes, you can get whatever you want if you enter my contest because the winner will receive a:

So I’m sure you’re all also wondering, wow, you are doing great things, creating websites, working on proposals, having sweet contests, so whatever happened to RUNNING?! Well I have some great news to report on that front too! I am finally healed from my sickness and this past weekend I ran 5.5 miles along my normal route! This morning I ran a nice 3 miler, and tonight I think I’m running with Mr. R after work. Tomorrow evening I’ve got an uptempo 5 miler and then I’ll be back onto the training schedule for the half.

On another bummer note, my toe is still a little infected and out of commission so I need to be extra careful when I run not to jam it into anything. I am going to soak it in some infection killer stuff so that it will hopefully heal up a little bit better. I am glad I took a little break though because looking back I think my body and mind really needed it.

Also, for those who had problems implementing my new site into their readers/feeds/etc, I have added a link at the bottom of the page that you can click on and that should hopefully take care of the problem. I will be working with google reader and making sure everything is fixed so sit tight! I will be working on the site a little bit more so if you find any bugs, just let me know!

I’ve only recently started following your blog. I’m not sure how I even ran across it, but I love your writing style and hilarious stories. You sound a lot like myself, except for the whole working for a paycheck deal (I’m a Stay At Home Mom). I just wanted to comment that I pretty much blew it on that quiz. Ha!
